JSS "Just Some Stuff" Software Solutions has developed these Terms of Use to govern your use of Emily's Bed & Breakfast, located at www.emilysbedandbreakfast.com (the "Site"). JSS Software provides the Content (defined below) available to you on the Site subject to the following conditions.

All of the information, text, photographs, images, illustrations, html, source and object code, data, and other materials displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Site, including for example highlights, or other information (collectively, the "Content"), is the sole property of JSS Software Solutions as well as its business partners (Emily's Bed & Breakfast). JSS Software Solutions actively protects its rights, including copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, in the Content to the fullest extent of the law. You may not use such material except as provided in these Terms of Use.

You may use the Content online and solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may download or print a single copy of any portion for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained in such Content. No other use is permitted. You may not republish the Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache without JSS Software express written consent. Any comments, ideas, suggestions, questions or materials you send to Emily's Bed and Breakfast shall be deemed non-confidential, and you relinquish any copyright, trademark or other intellectual right that you may have in what you sent. By submitting comments, ideas, suggestions, questions or other materials, you further represent and warrant that the owner of such material has expressly granted to Emily's Bed & Breakfast a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce modify, adapt publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) and to incorporate it into other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed.

Emily's Bed & Breakfast assumes no responsibility, and is not liable for damages nor are their respective employees, agents, content providers or licensors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages including, without limitation, damages related to the Content or any errors or omissions in the Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. notwithstanding the foregoing, if Emily's Bed & Breakfast, or their respective employees, agents, content providers or licensors is found liable for any claim, loss damage, expense or other liability arising out of the Site or the Content, such aggregate liability shall be limited to a maximum of one hundred U.S. dollars($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Emily's Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Emily's Bed & Breakfast may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Site, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions, and of the United States. You may not use the Site or export the Content in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. You hereby agree that, for any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site, jurisdiction and venue for such action shall lie exclusively and solely in federal or state court located in the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. you agree that any such action by you must be filed within two (2) months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim. If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, it shall be replaced with an enforceable provision which most nearly effectuates the intent of the parties as reflected in the prior provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in these Terms of Use are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect. These Terms of Use may be translated into other languages for the convenience of non-English-speaking visitors, however, the English language version shall control over and translation into another language.
