JSS Software Solutions actively protects its rights, including copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, in the Content to the fullest extent of the law. You may not use such material except as provided in these Terms of Use.

You may use the Content online and solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may download or print a single copy of any portion for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained in such Content. Emily's Bed & Breakfast assumes no responsibility, and is not liable for damages nor are their respective employees, agents, content providers or licensors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages including, without limitation, damages related to the Content or any errors or omissions in the Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. notwithstanding the foregoing, if Emily's Bed & Breakfast, or their respective employees, agents, content providers or licensors is found liable for any claim, loss damage, expense or other liability arising out of the Site or the Content, such aggregate liability shall be limited to a maximum of one hundred U.S. dollars($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions, and of the United States. You hereby agree that, for any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site, jurisdiction and venue for such action shall lie exclusively and solely in federal or state court located in the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. you agree that any such action by you must be filed within two (2) months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim. If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, it shall be replaced with an enforceable provision which most nearly effectuates the intent of the parties as reflected in the prior provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in these Terms of Use are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect. These Terms of Use may be translated into other languages for the convenience of non-English-speaking visitors, however, the English language version shall control over and translation into another language.
